Then we don't pretend. The first month is the alignment test: if it's not right, tell me before your second month begins. Monthly clients simply stop, with nothing further charged. Paid-in-full clients are refunded the balance, less one month at the standard rate. Once month two begins, the remaining container is non-refundable. And everything you've built in month one stays yours either way.
